It has been such an amazing year, way beyond anything I could have expected, planned or tried for:
- Helped finish an 800 page report for the FAA about Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) maintenance working for the amazing folks at Kansas State University (KSU) as a researcher for the fantastic ASSURE project.
- Filed 2 patents for Third Wave Water (Taylor Minor did most of the heavy lifting).
- Was honored to speak at multiple events at Dayton Startup Week 2016 and 2017.
- About to open our first brick and mortar location for The Wright Cup in Dayton, Ohio!
- Just completed Aileron's Course for Presidents (so worth it).
- Helped lead a business from $0 to $100k in 8 months finishing a successful Kickstarter campaign, pivoting into scalability all while creating new value for the company with our amazing friends in Ohio's crazy talented local universities: University of Dayton, Wright State University and Ohio State University.
- Worked with and constantly learning from a fantastic new business partner (Taylor Minor).
- and...applied for Shark Tank getting the amazing opportunity to meet and pitch to the Sharks! Watch Shark Tank on Sundays, 9-10 p.m., ET/PT on ABC!! Our episode airs October 8th, at 9:00 pm EST!! (see our short announcement video below)
In all of this news I could not have done it alone. Great friendships, great leadership and mentorships and constant learning throughout with opportunity that no one man has the ability to make happen...Jesus, thank you for these amazing opportunities.
